Dan Nathan is the Founder and Managing Director of Parsity Group, bringing over 20 years of global executive search experience in life sciences. He has successfully placed more than 600 senior leaders, earning recognition as a thought leader, he is highly networked and respected, known for his ability to deliver results for both global publicly listed corporations and privately backed SMEs. His expertise spans retained executive search across all functional areas, from VP to C-suite and board level. At Parsity Group, Dan drives global growth and leads high-level searches within the generics, biosimilars, and speciality pharmaceuticals sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, and friends, enjoys playing golf and passionately supporting Arsenal FC.

With over 35 years of experience in finance and leadership, Stephen brings commercial acumen and a deep understanding of Human Capital and global business operations. He has held senior roles as CEO, CFO, and Finance Director in AIM-listed and private companies. At Parsity Group, Stephen provides expertise in financial strategy, business performance management, and value creation, driving growth and optimising financial planning.
